Our brown boule sourdough is a long-fermented loaf with a rich and nutty flavor and a crispy crust. This bread also has a goodly amount of pumpkin seeds that add extra crunch as well as extra nutritional benefits to the loaf. Tastes great with both sweet and savoury toppings.

INGREDIENTS AND ALLERGENS: brown teff, brown rice, tapioca, agave syrup, psyllium husk, salt, pumpkin seeds, apple cider vinegar.

STORAGE: Keep in an air-tight container in a cool place. Lasts 5 to 7 days.
