This sourdough bread is fresh, zesty bread with a lovely aniseed kick from the fennel. Great with plain butter, or go well with a bowl of soup.

INGREDIENTS AND ALLERGENS: rice, agave, psyllium husk, salt, maize, cardamom, millet, sorghum, lemon, fennel.

STORAGE: Keep in an air-tight container in a cool place. Lasts 5 to 7 days.
