This nigella seed sourdough bread has a sweet-salty, oniony flavour. Probably most familiar as the black seeds in naan bread, nigella seeds are widely used across India in chutneys, vegetable dishes and many curries. They provide a nutty and aromatic pop with each bite.

INGREDIENTS AND ALLERGENS: white teff, rice, tapioca, cardamom, agave, psyllium husk, nigella seeds.

STORAGE: Keep in an air-tight container in a cool place. Lasts 5 to 7 days.
